		<description>I love the distinction between linear tasks and creative solutions.  Different sorts of problems require different approaches.  

This is exciting stuff.  Steve and I always talk about when we have a full staff, how we will treat our employees.  What he presents here gives me a lot to think about. 

(And this whole thing shows the lie to needing big executive pay packages to attract &quot;good executives&quot;. - Just saying.)
